Powering Generations Without Limitations
HYDROGEN ONBOARD GENERATOR
— Closed loop system —
HBOX technology uses an abundant heavy fuel source, ultimately creating a closed-loop process that maximizes sustainability. After initial extraction, the HBOX reuses its refined by-product as fuel, establishing a self-sustaining life cycle. This innovative approach reduces the overall cost of energy production by minimizing waste and dependence on external resources. The HBOX's closed-loop process was designed to enhance efficiency and support a clean, eco-friendly system that is cost-effective and environmentally responsible compared to traditional energy sources.

Sustainable Energy Production

SPI’s HBOX Hydrogen Reactor, refined over five years of SPI innovation, feeds magnesium pellets and injected water steam into a heat-driven reaction that yields high-purity hydrogen and white magnesium oxide (MgO). The MgO is pumped into the delivery truck and sent to our refinery, where it’s converted back into fresh magnesium pellets using solar power. Those pellets return to the reactor, closing a fully green, zero-waste loop.
Power Station & Refinery

Power Production and Refinery
Only SPI has a unique, patent-pending process to produce clean hydrogen and electricity in an energy-efficient and cost-effective manner that will change the world of energy.
We have developed the only true clean, decentralized, scalable, cost-effective hydrogen production technology.
Lower Cost
Our process uses inexpensive magnesium (Mg) feedstock to produce Hydrogen, resulting in a lower cost base than any competitor. Our HBOX equipment is completely scalable and affordable.
Energy Efficient
Our process requires no large external power to break up water into Hydrogen. We use superheating to cause Magnesium to create the chemical reaction with water, achieving high efficiencies.
Greener Process
JPL validated the clean and low-cost advantage of SPI refining. Our process is significantly greener than conventional hydrogen production methods, which have uncompetitive processes.
The HBOX ( Hydrogen Onboard Generator) produces electricity, and its proprietary refining process converts the byproduct of the power production, magnesium oxide (MgO) back into usable magnesium (Mg) to create a truly renewable fuel base.

Quality of Life Homes
(residential and commercial applications)

Resilient, Affordable, and Sustainable Homes Powered by HBOX Technology
Space Power Industries is leading the development of high-quality, affordable single-family homes designed to meet the unique needs of island, desert and coastal communities. Available in various sizes, these homes are engineered to be hurricane-resistant and fireproof, offering safe, secure living spaces built to the highest standards.
Each home is constructed in compliance with Miami-Dade building code requirements, featuring a 100% waterproof exterior finish rigorously tested to withstand wind speeds of up to 245 miles per hour without any structural or surface degradation. The specialized coating is designed for durability in coastal and high-heat environments, offering strong resistance to mold, humidity, and fire.
Our HBOX (Hydrogen On-Board Generator) is at the heart of every home—a self-contained, durable unit that delivers autonomous, off-grid power generation. This advanced system reduces energy costs, boosts reliability, and eliminates dependence on conventional power grids. It enables governments and developers to avoid costly grid expansions while improving resilience against weather-related power outages.
Our homes are also built with health and environmental safety in mind. All materials used are resistant to mold and mildew, promote clean indoor air quality, and are free from harmful VOCs (volatile organic compounds). They meet or exceed California GreenGuard emission standards, ensuring a safe environment for residents.
Additionally, each unit includes a system that delivers clean, healthy water, providing an all-in-one sustainable solution for modern living.
Every product undergoes strict quality control to ensure unmatched performance, durability, and customer satisfaction. Our homes are not just places to live—they are living demonstrations of future-ready, sustainable living powered by advanced clean energy technologies.
Heavy Fuel Distribution

Space Power Industries – Heavy Fuel System
Space Power Industries (SPI)we are deploying an advanced refueling and de-fueling system across our Autonomous Terminal (AT) Stations to support (LHV) vehicles powered by our proprietary Hydrogen Onboard Generator (HBOX) technology. We believe this innovation has the potential to ultimately replace traditional battery systems in transportation.
Our Heavy Fuel distribution system, which distributes the magnesium and recovers the magnesium oxide, is not limited to vehicles. It also extends to residential and commercial applications, delivering clean, reliable off-grid power using the same HBOX technology. This approach offers significantly greater energy efficiency than conventional battery storage, or EV Vehicles, while also reducing costs, eliminating safety risks to humans, and minimizing the environmental impact associated with battery-powered vehicles, traditional fossil fuel vehicles and liquid fuel distribution.
Central to this system is the Mag Load unit—our integrated refueling and de-fueling module. Mag Load is installed not only at AT fueling stations but also on the upper flight deck of our Blue Phoenix Air Transport vehicles, enabling seamless energy transfer and operations across air and ground transport sectors.
This comprehensive Heavy Fuel model supports our entire ecosystem—from material logistics and fuel handling to energy generation and mobility. Whether it’s managing magnesium and magnesium oxide at a refinery, an AT Station, or powering an off-grid home, the same efficient system is in place, making SPI’s infrastructure both scalable and sustainable across all market
